What payment methods are accepted?
Payment for purchases can be made by:
Cash on delivery upon receipt of the package from the courier (only for Italy);
Credit or debit card: Visa®, MasterCard®, Maestro®. You must indicate the number of your credit card or debit card, as well as the expiration date, and the verification code on the appropriate check-out page;

All transactions made on the site are secure. The presence of a padlock next to the address of the page that begins with "https" indicates that you are in a safe environment. Thanks to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and MasterCard® cards is further enhanced by the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode" payment methods. In addition Plan_G has implemented security measures to protect the personal information communicated from any unauthorized access and use. Shipping and returns

What is the shipping cost?
In the Standard shipping type, delivery costs are free for the Customer over. Express shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly spelled out when placing the order.
What is the shipping time?
Standard shipping in Italy includes 2-3 working days, in the rest of the world 7-10 working days from order confirmation.
Express shipping provides for delivery in Italy within 24 hours and the rest of the world within 48-72 hours from order confirmation.
What if I'm not at home when they deliver my package?
The courier in charge will leave a non-delivery notice with all the details necessary to be able to reschedule a second stop or to request a firm deposit at the TNT or FEDEX office closest to you.
How do I return a product?
Pursuant to article 52 of the Consumer Code, if the Customer is a consumer, he has the possibility to return, to request a replacement or refund, of any product ordered on the site within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice. Return is free.
The following conditions apply for product returns:
the product must be returned in its original packaging;
the goods must be returned intact, unused. and complete in all its parts
How to make a return?
You can make a return by contacting our Customer Service at indicating the code of the items to be returned.
When your return is received by the Paln_G offices, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the return number.
Please pack the product as you received it.
How long will it take for me to be refunded?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will take place within 5 business days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse.
